Methods we teach:

We offer Pilates, Barre Time and MAP Movement at our studio.  There is also a variety of pop up classes and fitness classes that will find their way onto the weekly or monthly studios schedule.  

Class types to book: 

Private = one client +one instructor

Semi-Private = 2/3 clients + one instructor

Group classes = 4 or more client with one instructor

  • Our group classes are also available for online log-in.  Just let your instructor know in advance that you will be joining online today. 
  • Please book all classes in advance (min of 3 hours required)
  • Please note that we have a 24hr cancellation policy for all class bookings
  • Please pay for your class in advance.
