Pilates for Kids and Teens:
Our Pilates Programs for Kids (3 0 12) are presented in age appropriate groups. We teach creatively and positively when working with any child. We are passionate about teaching them good postural habits, creating strong muscles and helping them learn how to navigate their growing bodies. We explore fascia work, self calming and stress management techniques, and work on concentration and balance. Pilates is also very good for postural development and improving muscle tones.
What a lucky generation - the first one of its kind - to grow up doing Pilates! Classes available at our studio or at your school, pre-school or after care facility.
